The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of State has appropriated funds for the renovation of the Centennial Pavilion, one building at the Executive Mansion to be used as a guest house and the extended Executive Mansion’s power house for the Ministry of state for Presidential Affairs.

The Ministry of State now invites sealed bids/quotations from eligible and qualified contractors for the renovation of the Centennial Pavilion and the two buildings in the below listed lots: 

1.    LOT # 1:  Centennial Pavilion
2.    LOT # 2:  The two buildings at the Executive Mansion

All interested and qualified contractors are requested to attend a pre-bid conference on May 28, 2010 at 3:30 pm in the office of the Deputy Minister for Administration, MINISTRY OF STATE FOR PRESIDENTIAL AFFAIRS.  For details, please check the Procurement Department.


Qualification: Criteria/Requirements

1. Business Registration, Certificate of Incorporation
   
   
2. Current Tax Clearance Certificate or Receipt
   
   
3. Financial ability to pre-finance
   
   
4. Proof of at least two contracts completed in recent time (Past Performance Records)
   
   
5. Company Profile
   
   
6. National Social Security & Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP) Certificate
   
   
7. Registration of Association of Liberia Construction Contractors
   
   
8. Characterization from the Ministry of Public Works
   
   

Tenders must be sealed signed and submitted in three (3) copies. The copies should be placed in an envelope marked “Confidential Tender” and addressed to the below address on or before June 11, 2010 at 11:55am: Bids will be opened immediately after the closure date and time.
