Monrovia, Liberia - The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has nominated additional officials to positions in government affecting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the National Fire Service.

The nominees are: 

1)    Eva Koon, Assistant Minister for Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

2)    Yah Boayue, Inspector General for Foreign Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

3)    Christiana Wahblo Konneh, Assistant Minister for American Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

4)     G. Warsuwah Barvoul, Sr., Director, National Fire Service

These nominations, where applicable, are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate.

President Boakai further calls on all those nominated and appointed to continue to demonstrate diligence, commitment, integrity, professionalism, and loyalty in service to country.
