President Boakai Makes Additional Nominations and Appointments to Strengthen Governance and Public Institutions

The institutions affected include the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS), Liberia National Tourism Authority (LNTA) and the Liberian Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI).

The nominations, where applicable, are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate.

The Institutions and those nominated and appointed are:

I. LIBERIA BROADCASTING SYSTEM (LBS)

1. Ms. Alexandra Amnon, Deputy Director General for Administration

She replaces Madam Kiadiatu Konteh-Brohiri, who has been slated for reassignment within the public service.

II. LIBERIA NATIONAL TOURISM AUTHORITY (LNTA)

1. Mrs. Jani Kadiyatu Kollie, Deputy Director General for Marketing and Promotions

2. Mr. Steveson Tweh Seidi, Deputy Director General for Culture and Heritage

III. LIBERIAN BANK FOR DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT

1. Mr. Joseph J. Tolbert, Sr., Member of the Board of Directors
