President Boakai Appoints Ambassadors at Large to Strengthen Foreign Policy Advisory and Special Duties
Executive Mansion, Monrovia - President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has appointed a distinguished group of individuals as Ambassadors at Large to the Policy Advisory Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
These appointments reflect the administration’s commitment to enhancing Liberia’s diplomatic engagements, strengthening international partnerships, and advancing the nation’s foreign policy objectives.
The following individuals have been appointed as Ambassadors at Large to the Policy Advisory Council:
1. Hon. B. Elias Shoniyin – Chair
2. Ambassador Blamoh Nelson – Member
3. Ambassador Ethel Davis – Member
4. Hon. Chris Moore – Member
5. Hon. Robert Lormia – Member
Additionally, President Boakai has appointed Hon. Sheikh Moustapha Kouyateh as Ambassador at Large for Special Duties, working under the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the government’s strategic diplomatic initiatives.
